Prices:
Marches Art reserves the right to change the quoted price of any of its products
at any time.
Marches Art is not currently VAT registered. Prices are not subject to
VAT.
Delivery:
We aim to despatch orders within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of order.
In
most cases we are able to send goods out within 2 working days.

Larger items greater than 1 kg Standard

right to use whichever method of posting it deems to be suitable at any time.
Distance Selling regulations:
Customers have the right to cancel any order for any
reason within 7 working days from the date on which an order is placed.
Refunds:
If you simply do not like your order, we will refund the cost of the item
and outward P&P in full, on receipt of the returned item in perfect condition. You
have the right to return your goods for no reason without within seven days of delivery,
provided that the goods are returned in resaleable condition. Unfortunately, you
will need to pay the return postage. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately
insured during any return journey.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of Marches Art’s service, please contact us by email straight away as we are a small, friendly company and would like to sort out any problems as quickly as we can.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email within seven working days
of receiving the goods starting on the day after you received the goods from us.

Marches Art will refund the total amount of money paid
by you for the goods, less any associated costs, within 30 days after receiving your
cancellation notice in writing.
Please note that once you have notified us of your
intention to cancel the order you have an obligation to take good care of the goods.
We cannot credit for any goods damaged while being returned.
Damaged goods: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us immediately (mail@marchesart.com).
We will replace or refund any damaged goods as soon as possible. Please examine your order as soon as it arrives.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that the description of the products sold on this website is accurate. Please bear in mind that the item you purchase may not be exactly identical to the item’s photo and text description. There may be some variation in colour, size, dimensions etc.
